• We're looking for someone who has :
• A degree in Engineering – Mechatronics, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical / relevant work experience.
• A passion and enthusiasm to learn.
• Ability to develop strong external relationships with various agencies & key stakeholders.
• Eligible for a state Radiation use licence.
• Eligible for State / Australian restricted electrical license.
• Valid driver's licence for the state you are employed in.
• Demonstrated time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience on Elekta Linear Accelerators essential.
• Other requirements for this role :
• Routine travel to local and occasional trips to regional sites to perform necessary duties.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support services when needed.
• Provide remote and on-site engineering support.
• Undertake ongoing training which may include national and / or international travel.
