Based in the Eastern Suburbs, in a bit of an industrial hub with free parking, the office has a great vibe and every person we met was welcoming. This is a company with really strong tenure, and we really aren't surprised. There is a great mix of people and they all like to have a bit of fun and banter in the office and all chip in when someone needs help.   • WHAT'S INVOLVED?
  • Service Administrator
  • The main function of your role will be to assist the Service Schedulers in focussing on customer service and expanding the functionality of the service department. You will be taking over the "after sales" customer service follow up and admin tasks.

    Your day to day will be invoicing, data entry and providing servicing quotes. You will also be liaising with internal staff and be tasked with spotting opportunities for further growth. This is a team that always lends a helping hand, so you will be providing back up to the Service Schedulers and Reception when required.

  • Sales Administrator
  • The majority of your role is internal, dealing with the Sales Reps, Management, and the rest of the administration team. The other portion of your role (about 30%) is client facing. The main priority for the Sales Representatives is to provide excellent customer service. While you aren't expected to have all of the answers, you will always be expected to offer the same, high level of customer service the Reps are known for.

  • DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
  • The ideal person for these roles is a customer service queen / king. At the heart of what you do, you must be receptive, and friendly and want to put a smile on the face of everyone you interact with. You have to be a bit of a go-getter, who wants to continue to learn and develop their skillset. You need to take strong initiative and be the sort of person who doesn't snap under pressure. We will also be looking for :

  • Experience working in fast-moving administration / customer service position
  • A kind and genuine person
  • Proven experience in providing exemplary customer service
  • Someone with a little bit of sass about them!
