Hotel Maintenance Handy Person – Casual - Perth Are you this candidate? If you take pride in your work, value quality, and have an eye for detail, this role is for you. You'll play a vital part in maintaining our high accommodation standards at our Perth Hotel, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both guests and staff. Your contribution will help keep our property in top shape and our guests happy.
Main Responsibilities Perform general repairs within the property, including guest rooms, common areas, and the building. Coordinate and negotiate with outside contractors. Oversee contractors' work to ensure high standards and quality are maintained. Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule. Perform regular maintenance tasks and inspections of the facilities. Liaise with guests and staff regarding maintenance issues and the progress of works. Be efficient and cost-conscious. Contribute to a workplace health and safety environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous. Remain calm and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Have an eye for detail, professional personal presentation, and good organizational skills. This is a casual position, up to 35 hours per week. Immediate start available for the right applicant.
