About The Opportunity
As the Receptionist at eHealth NSW, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of digital health services that make a real difference to healthcare across New South Wales. As the first point of contact for visitors, stakeholders and staff, you will provide a welcoming, professional and efficient front and back-of-house experience, helping to create a positive impression of the organisation.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will manage a range of reception and administrative duties including answering phone enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors, handling mail, and coordinating meeting room, courier and fleet vehicle bookings. This opportunity is well suited to someone with demonstrated experience in a customer-facing administrative role within a large, complex organisation, who enjoys working collaboratively and thrives in a busy environment.
