Job Description

Manage the Product Design and Enhancement Team for APAC, inside the Consumer Market Leaders organization.

This team is responsible :

Develop, test and enhance existing products in the consumer business

Develop guidelines, templates and tools for the standardization and automation of BAU processes within DSCI but also for stakeholders

Guarantee the best quality of our products by designing and developing KPIs or tools that allow to prevent and detect data quality escape or check the health of our panels

Support methodological questions from stakeholders

Answer client inquiries in case L0 - L2 are not able to support

Work with Data Science Methods team to understand existing solutions and enable implementation in BAU

Engage with Client Engagement teams, Methods, Operations and Product in order to :

Implement new and enhanced methodologies

Ensuring that methodologies take into account deployment needs

Guarantee BAU execution using standard processes in order to guarantee work efficiency and minimize errors

Guarantee methodological support and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

Strong technical background in retail measurement methodological solutions

Background in statistics, math, or quantitative social sciences

Coding proficiency in a major data science coding language such as Python, R

Ability to learn quickly

Strong written and oral communication skills

Collaboration and problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across functions

Management and leadership skills

Good conflict resolution skills

Agile tools for communication and documentation
