The Opportunity :
As an Executive Business Partner, you will operate as a trusted advisor, critical friend and operational powerhouse to two C-suite executives, working within a 2 : 1 support model. Youll enable executive effectiveness, drive strategic priorities, and lead complex initiatives, all while helping an organisation with a strong social heart scale its impact nationally.
Youll be empowered to challenge constructively, influence outcomes and operate with autonomy, partnering closely with leaders who value collaboration, trust and shared purpose.

Responsibilities :
Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to senior executives, enabling confident, informed decision-makingBalance and prioritise competing demands across two C-suite portfolios with foresight and precisionLead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring strong governance, risk management and deliveryBuild trusted relationships across the organisation and external partners, representing executives with credibilityCraft high-quality executive-level communications, briefings, reports and presentationsDrive operational excellence, overseeing complex diaries, travel, inboxes and financial processesChampion digital innovation, AI and automation to enhance productivity and executive effectivenessUphold and role-model SGCHs ETHIC values Empowerment, Trust, Honesty, Inclusion and CreativityContribute to a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplaceThe successful candidate :
Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or a related disciplineProven experience partnering with C-suite executives in a senior, strategic support or business partner roleA strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiativesCommercial acumen with an understanding of governance, risk and organisational driversExceptional communication skills : confident influencing, challenging and advising at executive levelAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft and collaboration tools, with a passion for AI-enabled efficiencyHigh emotional intelligence, sound judgement and the confidence to operate autonomouslyWhy you will love this role :
