HCM Consultant

We’re currently seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to join a large transformation program with one of Australia’s leading enterprises (client confidential). This role will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure the success of a major HCM program.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with senior business leaders, CXOs, and boards to shape business cases and define transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct current vs future state analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering to align technology delivery with business objectives.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable business outcomes.
• Act as the conduit between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, simplified processes, and well-designed solutions.
• Support governance, change management, and adoption activities to drive sustainable transformation.
