We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to help lead our Myer Perth store in WAon a full-time (12 month secondment) .Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation.

Day-to-day responsibilities :

Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences

Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback

Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

Previous coachingand mentoring experience focusing on team member development
