About the Position

As the Student Experience Project Officer , you will be responsible for managing projects and initiatives that contribute to improving the student experience. This will include the coordination, development, delivery, and ongoing review and evaluation of programs of work in relation to the University’s orientation and student experience objectives. You will also manage the coordination of activities and events across all campuses with on-the ground support from campus-based staff and will deliver cultural events and activities that enhance the experience of both domestic and international students at CDU

About You

To be successful, you will require :

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience in an operational role in a high regulated industry and / or complex organization or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education / training
  • A track record in delivering against a schedule of administrative deadlines, with strong organizational skills, project management skills and personal drive and self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple projects / programs concurrently
  • An outstanding commitment to customer-service for internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated experience in performing program coordination and a keen desire to work with students
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in effective and proactive work both independently and within a team
  • Advanced level of technical proficiency in administrative systems and platforms, including the use of MSOffice software, and the ability to extract and manipulate large volumes of data without compromising integrity
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of processes and practices
  • Demonstrated ability in working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders including community organisations
  • Demonstrated knowledge in event and / or marketing fields

Remuneration

Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 6 and the base salary will be in the range of $83,265 to $88,743 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $97,420 to $103,829 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
