About the role :
As a project-based role, the Therapeutic Trainer will take a lead in implementing a training strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. This includes analysing current and future training needs, developing frameworks, engaging stakeholders, and in consultation with the senior leadership team, make strategic decisions in rolling out innovative training initiatives for foster carers and employees.
Key responsibilities include :
for the foster care community and KAASA staff.
includes clinical supervision, ensuring Social Workers engage in CPD yearly, and annual auditing.
The base salary for this position is $97,377.80 - $101,787.92 per annum + super + vehicle allowance + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.
This position is a full-time, fixed term opportunity for 12 months.
