Job descriptionBike Mechanic , or as we call it, Production Technician who thrive on solving problems, caring for bikes, and making sure every customer leaves ready to ride. About the Role : Production Technician As a Production Technician , you'll play a critical role in our store’s success—ensuring every bike that leaves the shop is safe, tuned, and ready to deliver an exceptional ride. You’ll also get hands-on with the newest Trek models before anyone else and build trust with customers who rely on your skills to keep their bikes in top shape. - Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to complete daily tasks and support overall shop operationsOutstanding communication and problem-solving skills Ability to take ownership and lead by example in the workshop Additional Responsibilities Execute duties as directed by the Store Manager or Service ManagerOccasionally assist on the sales floor or with inventory tasks as neededTrek is a place where you’re valued for being you.
