Lifecycle Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention.
- Deliver personalised, data‑driven communications using segmentation and actionable insights.
- Manage and optimise campaigns, applying a test‑and‑learn approach and reporting on.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and strong ROI.
- Ensure all communications meet compliance and industry standards in a highly regulated environment.
Your Experience
5+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing with a strong record of driving growth and retention.Expertise in campaign management across multiple channels with strong analytical and segmentation skills.Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, lean environment and adapting to change.Proven ability to collaborate with analysts and cross‑functional teams to build and optimise customer journeys.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.Benefits
