At Redmap our Sales and Marketing team plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and building lasting relationships with our customers.
The New Business Sales Consultant will play a key role in expanding our customer base across our key product base. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective customers, building initial relationships through lead generation, and driving the sales through to closure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities, to introduce Redmap’s solutions
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to leverage campaigns and initiatives that support lead generation.
- Maintain timely follow-ups with prospective customers to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Create proactive marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Attend events and roadshows to gather new leads in a face to face environment.
- Accurately update and maintain customer and lead information within Redmaps CRM system.
- Deliver timely communications and outcomes to both internal and external customers.
- Gather and provide feedback to internal teams such as product and development on customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed.
- Provide regular updates on CRM, account status and potential new business opportunities.
Qualifications
1-2 years previous experience in new business development preferably within a SaaS, Technology or Accounting environment.A genuine drive for new business sales and engagement with increasing new business sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with new prospects and potential customers.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.Ability to work independently, self motivated and collaboratively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
