Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire : Guide, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and reach their full potential.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences : Ensure every customer receives personalised care and expert advice tailored to their needs.
• Drive Success : Oversee day-to-day store operations, keeping everything running smoothly and to Specsavers’ high standards.
• Grow Together : Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of both Optical and Audiology services.
