What you’ll do
We’re looking for Student Advisors who can become trusted guides for people navigating their study journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students — listening, supporting and helping them make confident, informed decisions about their future.
You’ll be part of a close-knit, cross-functional team of around 10 Advisors. Together, you’ll work across inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat to support students through every stage of their journey — from first enquiry to enrolment and beyond.
You’ll build your knowledge and confidence through our training program, starting with outbound sales. Along the way, you’ll be supported by our Capability Coaches and your team.
