Customer Service Ambassador - Full Time

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Ambassador to join us full time to be the face of SkyBus. This role is all about creating outstanding first impressions, driving brand awareness, and helping customers choose SkyBus as their preferred airport transfer.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and great customers at SkyBus terminals and inside airport.
• Proactively promote SkyBus services using a confident, professional sales approach.
• Convert prospective customers into SkyBus passengers and achieve set sales targets.
• Assist with e-kiosk sales and provide accurate service information to travellers.
• Represent SkyBus with immaculate personal presentation in line with uniform and grooming standards.
• Help ensure terminals are spotless by regularly cleaning and sanitising customer areas.
• Liaise with airport and contractor stakeholders to support seamless operations.
• Champion excellent customer service, handling enquiries or difficult situations with empathy, professionalism, and respect.

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable style.
• Confidence in engaging with the public and a passion for sales and customer service.
• Strong personal presentation and the ability to represent a premium brand.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems quickly and de-escalate conflict where needed.
• A self-motivated, energetic approach and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
