We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Clarins Counter Manager / Beauty Therapist to joinour Cumberland Park Pharmacy team.

Counter M anagers and Beauty Therapistsare critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they :

Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with ourcustomers, to ensure they get the best advice for their health andbeauty needs.
Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestigeproducts.
Provide luxurious beauty treatments in our beauty rooms.
Ensure our customers' transactions are processed correctly andefficiently using our point-of-sale systems
Ensure the Clarins counter is beautifully presented andwell-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy theirexperience in our stores
Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to ourcustomers.

People who excel as National Pharmacies and ClarinsCounter Managers and Beauty Therapists consistentlydemonstrate :

Extensive skill and experience in performing facials and otherproduct demonstrations

Excellent product knowledge, and presentation in line with aprestige brand

Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service andadvice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety ofhealth and well-being needs

Ability to relate well with customers and teammates

Willingness to continue to learn about the products andservices National Pharmacies offers

Adaptability and flexibility

The ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, acommitted team.

Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy is essential.
