EOI - Lead Mechanical Piping Engineer

We are looking for expressions of interest for an experienced Lead Mechanical / Piping Engineer with extensive Piping Design experience for an upcoming Power Project! In this role, you will effectively oversee the creation and integrity of complex piping systems, leading a team to develop layouts, perform stress / flow analysis, select materials, and ensure designs meet company and safety standards.

Your focus will include :

• Deputise for the Chief Mechanical / Piping Engineer
• Accountable for performance and delivery of piping engineering services against agreed project budgets and schedules
• Manage and coordinate the design effort of team reports to achieve satisfactory project performance
• Review and approval of detailed design and technical documents
• Work as a Technical Specialist to ensure specification compliance and technical integrity of design
• Commercial awareness to ensure economic and safe selection of piping systems
• Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Internal personnel
• Participate in Model Review, Design Review, HAZID / HAZOP, safety in design, constructability, and safety reviews
