Console Operator (Closing shifts)

As a Console Operator at The Station Grocer, you will be at the forefront of our customer service experience. You will be responsible for operating the console, assisting customers with fuel purchases, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth operation. This role offers the opportunity to engage with our customers while working in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate the console system efficiently and accurately.
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Monitor fuel pumps and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the fuelling area.
• Prepare and serve hot beverages and food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with restocking shelves, inventory management, and general store maintenance tasks.
• Complete end-of-day procedures, such as reconciling the cash register, locking up, and securing the premises.
• The closing shift requires working independently from 7 PM onward.
