The Company

Our client is a respected financial services firm located in the Sydney CBD. They pride themselves on a professional yet friendly office culture and are seeking a Marketing Admin Support professional to assist their team on a short-term temporary basis.

The Role

As the Marketing Admin Support, your duties will include but not be limited to :

  • Assisting the marketing team with content preparation and coordination
  • Supporting the migration of materials to a new internal intranet platform
  • Ensuring communications are clear, consistent, and ready for rollout
  • Helping streamline and organise internal documents and assets
  • General administrative and marketing-related tasks as required

Location : Sydney CBD — modern offices in a central location

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm

Length : Full-time temp | 3–4 weeks minimum with a strong view to extend

Salary : $38 + super per hour, paid weekly

To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Previous experience in marketing administration, communications, or content support
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to follow brand / style guidelines
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team
  • Confidence working independently to meet project deadlines
