As a Group Claims Consultant, you will manage and assess Life Risk Disability (Group) claims, delivering fair, timely outcomes that protect and support our members’ wellbeing. You’ll interpret medical and allied health reports, apply knowledge of the Life Insurance Act and relevant Codes, and maintain strong relationships with employers, trustees, brokers, treating practitioners, and rehabilitation providers. Reporting to the claims team manager, you will work within a collaborative, customer‑centric environment to meet SLA targets, drive continuous improvement, and elevate complex cases with sound judgment and compliance.
