Overview

PROPERTY MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Property Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our retail properties. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing lease agreements with landlords, ensuring the optimal occupancy and profitability of our retail spaces. You will work closely with property owners, developers, and landlords, establishing strong relationships and maintaining a keen understanding of market trends to drive leasing success.

Who You Are

As a Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the retail footprint and contribute to the success of our retail properties. This role requires a proactive and outgoing individual with a passion for real estate, a keen eye for market trends, and exceptional negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • 3-5+ years experience in Retail Leasing.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close lease agreements with landlords, showcasing exceptional persuasion and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of retail market dynamics, property leasing principles, and industry best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct financial assessments and interpret market data.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and leasing databases.
  • Willingness to travel as required for property visits, tenant meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (highly regarded)
  • Expert knowledge of commercial lease agreements and negotiation strategy
  • Proven experience delivering results across new store openings, relocations, renewals and rent abatements
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, people-first approach
