What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage visitors in our award‑winning display homes, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through a seamless, enjoyable experience.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of the display homes and ensure product information is current and compelling.
• Respond to digital leads via phone call, email, SMS, and online platforms with timely, professional follow‑up.
• Cleanse and manage CRM data, ensuring customer records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Nurture customer relationships through consistent communication and tailored follow‑ups.
• Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks and lead management, gaining hands‑on industry experience.
• Track and report lead activity, helping the team optimise conversion strategies.
