• About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Communication
• Effectively communicate with clients, office staff, crew, and suppliers.
• Project Leadership
• Lead major projects from inception to completion.
• Business Development
• Assist in identifying and driving new business opportunities.
• Quotations
• Produce detailed and accurate quotes for clients.
• Team Management
• Guide and manage teams, providing support and assistance when necessary.
• Safety Management
• Produce Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Requirements
• Mechanical Trade (Australian recognised)
• Must have a strong trade background.
• Experience
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
• FMCG Experience
• Experience in the FMCG industry is highly regarded.
• Leadership Skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Communication
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with various stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented
• Ability to produce detailed quotes and SWMS.
