    Being mentored by a top Property Partner (and property developer) you will  love the autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of running your own property practice +managing your clients whilst also leading / mentoring a small property team (conveyancers / paralegals / junior lawyers).

    Key areas include :  1) conveyancing [mainly off-the-plan developments acting for high end developers]; 2) commercial / retail leases; 3) interesting non-conveyancing property / commercial work eg due diligence, development / construction / local govt / strata matters.

    • WHO YOU ARE

      We are interested in hearing from you if you :

    • have 3 - 10+ years property law experience including solid off-the-plan conveyancing experience acting for vendors / developers [essential] AND commercial property (preferable);
    • have a proven success record of running your own  files from beginning to end with minimal supervision;
    • are super organised, can handle high volume of files [minimum 50+ files], are dead-line driven+ have excellent communication and people skills;
    • are ambitious, committed to excellence in all that you do+ have high attention to detail;
    • are willing and able to commit LONG-TERM.
