Job descriptionWith over 30 years of experience in aged care, this organisation is a trusted leader in delivering personalised, relationship-focused care . Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with clinical care plans and best practice Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing resident care Administer medications safely and ensure accurate clinical documentation Support and lead care staff, ensuring best-practice care delivery Communicate effectively with residents, families, and allied health professionals Ensure compliance with aged care standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements Provide compassionate support during end-of-life care Contribute to continuous improvement and attend clinical handovers and case reviews Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (required) At least 1-year Residential Aged Care or Acute RN experience in Australia (required) Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Knowledge of aged care standards, medication administration, and infection control Compassionate, patient-focused approach with respect for resident dignity $42-46 / hr + superannuation Additional employee benefits tailored to support your wellbeing A strong, positive work culture where your contributions are valued Opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement E4 are recruiting for various positions and are happy to help find the best option with you
Registered Nurse
We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a warm, supportive team in Mount Barker, South Australia . This permanent part-time role (38 hours per week) offers the chance to make a genuine difference in residents' lives within a respected and growing aged care organisation.
- Permanent Part-Time Position (38 hours per week) with a rotating roster of AM, PM and Night Duty shifts
- Attractive salary package , $42-46 / hr + superannuation and additional employee benefits
