Due to internal growth and a team promotion , we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our Kensington Park-based office. This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with a minimum requirement of being available on Wednesdays and Fridays .

About the Role

In this role, you'll be the face (and voice!) of our business. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Checking insurance documents for accuracy
  • Supporting our account managers and technical team with general admin tasks

We’re a close-knit and supportive team, and we’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, is eager to help others, and takes pride in delivering great service. Don't worry, this role isn't too insurance!

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring :

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
  • A strong focus on customer service and a professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents
  • Confidence in sending clear and professional emails
  • Good time management and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills
  • Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
