Role
WCHS is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Workplace Transition Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will support the operations of the Workplace Learning Program, assisting in planning programs for individuals or groups to develop life skills and promote positive development. You will evaluate enrolment and completion data and provide reports to the School Administration team, as well as researching and identifying pathways for employment or activities other than employment. Assisting in locating appropriate industry placements / activity providers for students and conducting site checks and meetings with prospective employers is an important part of the role. You will liaise with employers and relevant workers on duty of care requirements and provide information to parents and staff on the Workplace Learning Program.
