The Role : Your Impact in Action

As an Inclusion Tree Support Co-ordinator, you are the trusted guide and ally. You are empowered to source services and creatively manage budgets, all focused on one goal : strengthening a participant’s ability to steer their own life.

You will be the catalyst for change, focusing on :

• Creative Navigation : Using NDIS budgets ingeniously to implement plans and achieve meaningful goals.
• Building Resilience : Providing crisis resolution and developing long-term capacity, not just quick fixes.
• Masterful Coordination : Sourcing and facilitating a complex web of supports, linking formal, mainstream, and community services seamlessly.
• Active Partnership : Regularly adjusting supports as participants’ needs evolve and celebrating their progress every step of the way.
• Fostering Independence : Building confidence and capability so participants gain the skills to need less support in the future.

In short, you ensure that every participant experiences genuine choice, control, and connection.
