About this role
Renowned Brisbane architecture practice is looking for an experienced Studio Manager. You will meet weekly with both the Design Director and General Manager, to present weekly forecasts to ensure projects are remaining in budget and help with project resources. Additionally, you will also be responsible for issuing invoicing, and communicating with clients with any queries. In this diverse and varied role, you will also be providing support to recruitment and on boarding.
Operating out of a beautifully designed office, you will be joining a practice whose reputation is nothing short of high-end quality.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Weekly forecasting and resourcing to ensure all projects are remaining profitable and on time.
- Corresponding with clients regarding invoices and payments and supporting any concerns.
- Support with the overarching operations of the practice
- Help with recruitment, on boarding and issuing contracts.
