About the role
The Australian Retail Manager is responsible for leading the Directly Owned Trek Stores (DOTS) Business to ensure we deliver a bicycle retail experience that offers amazing hospitality to our customers and changes the world by getting more people on bikes.
The Retail Manager is a leader of leaders, helping the State District Managers and Operations teams to deliver outstanding customer service, meet all operating objectives, sales, and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. This role reports directly to the ANZ Country Manager and the APAC Retail Director.
