Join us in making a difference!The RoleAn Enrolled Nurse in aged care plays a vital role in providing quality nursing support and personalised care to elderly residents.

They assist with daily living activities and health monitoring, working collaboratively with the broader healthcare team to promote residents' comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Their responsibilities include following individualised care plans and upholding best practice standards at all times.This role is being offered on a Part time basis working 54 hours per fortnight with shifts from 3 : 00pm to 10 : 15pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday working from our Lady McCusker Home in Duncraig.Please note, you must be able to commit to all days / shifts to be considered.Key responsibilities : Implements those aspects of the nursing care plan delegated by the registered nurseContributes to the nursing assessment of individuals and groupsAssists in the evaluation of progress toward expected outcomesAssists in protecting the rights of older personsDemonstrates successful interpersonal skills in relating to Residents, Families, Staff and other Health ProfessionalsDevelop effective communication, team building and accountability strategies at assist in leading, motivating, supporting and managing the teamAbout youAs an Enrolled Nurse, you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
