Job Description
SIXT Australia is on the lookout for 2x Part Time Customer Relations Consultants (19 hours per week) based in Sydney. This is a hybrid opportunity, working from home and our offices in Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park.
As a Customer Relations Consultant, you’ll be the face of SIXT’s commitment to outstanding customer service. You’ll handle a variety of customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every interaction meets our service standards. Working closely with internal teams and franchise partners, you’ll help turn challenges into positive experiences and support SIXT’s reputation for excellence.
