What You'll Be Doing

As Innovation Lead, you'll be the primary client contact, translating briefs into actionable plans and partnering with the Product Development Manager to deliver projects from concept to approval. You\'ll manage timelines, risks, and expectations, track performance against commercial goals, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships.

What Experience You'll Need To Apply

Proven experience in account or project management, ideally within beauty, wellness, or FMCG.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and product lifecycles end-to-end
Strong understanding of manufacturing, timelines, and commercial targets
Exceptional communication, organisation, and attention to detail
