About the Role
The Operations & Resource Coordinator acts as the central hub for all national operational activity, supporting the Chief of Operations Support and partnering closely with Project Managers, Fleet, HSEQ, and People & Culture teams.
In this high‑impact role, you will coordinate the mobilisation of personnel and plant across multiple concurrent projects, maintain compliance and training records, and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely resourcing to support safe and successful project delivery.
