We are looking for a talented and skilled legal editor to join our highly accomplished Publications team.
A rewarding opportunity awaits for someone with substantial experience as a legal editor, including strong writing, legal research, and verification skills and proven experience with digital publishing tools.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
We are open to full time or part time working arrangement.
This role is responsible for writing, editing and producing a wide range of educational and informative publications primarily for judicial officers in NSW, and overseeing our website content.
Responsibilities
Write, edit and produce educational and informative publications.
Oversee website content management and updates.
Collaborate with the Publications team on digital publishing initiatives.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in law.
High level of knowledge and experience in digital editing and publishing.
Superior written and oral communication skills with proven ability to update loose leaf services and website content.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand legislation and case law.

Full time remuneration package from $113,574 – $125,720, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
