Gaming Attendant I Patterson Lakes

We are looking for a motivated casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at The Cove in Patterson Lakes . You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.

The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina.

What will my duties include?

• Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
• Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
