The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our front-of-house team and shaping the guest experience.
You’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing service operations, developing the team, and ensuring each guest leaves feeling welcomed and cared for.
From training and team development to service flow and guest engagement, this is an opportunity to help guide one of Sydney’s most loved waterfront restaurants.
