Responsibilities

What you’ll do :

  • As a Telstra Retail Consultant, be continually trained on the latest tech and gadgets
  • Use knowledge, a progressive sales approach, and consultative service to support and provide solutions for customers
  • About you

  • Able to easily connect with a variety of new and existing customers
  • Can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
  • Driven to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Enjoy fast-paced, busy retail environments while providing excellent service
