The Role :

As the Project Marketing Executive, you’ll support the end‑to‑end marketing delivery of multiple high‑end apartment and townhouse projects, working closely with the Head of Marketing, external agencies and internal stakeholders. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who loves property, branding and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑cycle project marketing campaigns from pre‑launch through to settlement
• Manage creative assets, content and collateral across digital, print, display suites and on‑site signage
• Oversee website, EDM and social media content for each project
• Brief and manage external partners including creative, media, branding and PR agencies
• Assist with market research, competitor insights and campaign performance reporting
• Support the planning and execution of launch events, exhibitions and VIP functions
• Ensure a premium, consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints
