Overview
Enhanced HR is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support ongoing administrative and document management tasks. The ideal candidate is skilled in Microsoft Office, Canva, and SharePoint, with strong attention to formatting, layout, and organization. The VA will help streamline administrative processes, freeing up the client’s time to focus on strategic HR and client-facing activities.
Responsibilities
Document & Policy Support
- Format HR policies, handbooks, and staff manuals using Microsoft Word and Canva
- Transfer Word-based content into Canva for improved presentation and branding
- Maintain consistency in formatting, branding, and layout across all client documents
Administrative Support
Manage and organize the client’s personal inbox (main Enhanced HR inbox only)Create and maintain a structured task list or tracker to ensure all pending tasks are prioritized and completed on timeAssist with file management and document storage on SharePointSupport basic scheduling or appointment reminders when neededRecruitment Support (Future Scope)
Post job ads via JobAdder or other recruitment platformsAssist with initial candidate screening (shortlisting)Update candidate records and reportsGeneral Support
Prepare professional templates, reports, and presentations as neededMaintain confidentiality and discretion in handling client and candidate informationTools & Systems

2+ years of administrative or executive VA experienceExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and formatting consistencyProficiency in Canva and Microsoft Word (layout and styling)Organized, proactive, and reliable in meeting deadlinesExperience working with HR or professional service firms (a plus)Work Schedule & Hours
Part-time : Approx. 5–7 hours per week (for first 3 months), 10hrs minimum afterwardsFlexible hours, ideally overlapping 2–3 hours daily with AEST (Australia)Option to expand to 10 hours / week based on workload and performanceWork Set Up : 5-7 hours per week for the first 3 months, 10hrs / week
