Location : Orana Aged Care, Kingaroy

Remuneration : $31.10 to $33.94 ph base rate + (25% casual loading for casual employees) + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts

Responsibilities

• Support residents in their nightly routines, ensuring dignity and respect
• Promote comfort and safety during overnight hours
• Collaborate with nurses and support teams to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety
• Provide emotional support and create a calm, reassuring environment

Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices. Work closely with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
