Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
2. Administer medications & treatments as prescribed.
3. Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents’ conditions.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
5. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Must Have

1. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
2. 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
5. Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
