Responsibilities
- Develop the business case for the SCADA Upgrade Project, including requirements, financial analysis, strategic alignment, and benefits.
- Facilitate working group sessions across all projects.
- Elicit and document business requirements, ensuring stakeholder endorsement.
- Support Digital Program Governance processes.
