Allied Health Graduate Program - 2027 Expression of Interest
We’re seeking graduates from Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology degrees who are committed to making a difference in the lives of people with disability and supporting them to get more out of life today.
Overview
Our 12‑month Graduate Program is designed to accelerate learning in a supportive, values‑driven environment. As a nationally registered NDIS provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, we focus on the ability of every person and take action to help build capacity and maximise independence. Services can be delivered in the community or at accessible clinics, with flexible options so people have choice in when and how they receive services.

As a nationally registered NDIS provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, we work with people to understand their needs and barriers, then develop and action a plan that supports them to build capacity and maximise independence.
Our committed team members provide services in the community or in accessible clinics. We are a growing national organisation focused on ensuring the people we support have choice in when and how they receive services.
What you’ll do
In the Graduate Program, you’ll participate in supervised practice, with a focus on developing core clinical skills, professional communication, and person-centred planning. Your exact responsibilities will be defined during the program to align with your interests and development needs.
