What You Will Be Doing:

Strategy & Planning

• Shape and communicate digital campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance goals
• Keep internal teams aligned through presentations, training, and ongoing updates.
• Track progress using KPIs to ensure campaigns deliver results and support the digital roadmap.

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

• Deliver high-quality, on-time execution across all digital marketing channels (Paid Search, PMax, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic).
• Collaborate closely with Social, SEO, Content, and other teams to maximise performance and uncover cross-channel opportunities.
• Manage communication with agency and channel partners for creative development, campaign launches, and day-to-day optimisation.
• Oversee digital creative production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Track and report on campaign budgets and invoices.

About You:

• Proficiency across Google Marketing Platforms (DV360, Google Ads, SA360, CM360)
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A positive, proactive mindset with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Competency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Marketing degree (preferred but not essential)
• 3+ years of experience in digital media or marketing
• Knowledge of Spotlight Retail Group brands, products, or customer base
