Business Development Executive - Australian International Education Sector

The Business Development Executive actively undertakes activities that promote the courses delivered by Health Careers in the specific campus. The Executive takes responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects, assists with the implementation of departmental policy, strategies and campaigns, coordinates the marketing activities, and works towards achieving individual targets and campus-wide objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

Proven experience in business development within the education sector, preferably in Australia.

Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote educational institutions.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong understanding of the Australian education system and familiarity with relevant industry regulations.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Ability to negotiate and finalize agreements with educational institutions, industry bodies, and other relevant partners.

Proficiency in using data analytics tools, CRM, and Microsoft products.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to ethical conduct in all business development activities.

Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on industry trends.
