Location : Townsville, Northern QLD

An exciting opportunity for fashion-forward thinkers to lead and coach a team of 5 at Just Jeans Willows!

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of store associates.
  • Implement structured training plans with buddy manager support.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations including inventory management and merchandising.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
