Job description

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Task driven and focused with an ability to time manage, priorities and multi task
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Well presented with a professional and friendly mannerism
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Duties include but not limited to
  • Play a pivotal role in the management of the staff rosters and the administration of the rostering / payroll system and employee leave planners
  • Managing all telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
  • Provide Administrative support to the Airport Manager
  • Establishing and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office / Airport facilities
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately
  • Prepare and maintain internal Airline billing records
  • General ad-hoc duties where assigned
  • Previous Rostering experience is preferable
  • Previous payroll experience is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to handle all employee enquiries
  • Strong computer skills including all Microsoft office suite
