About the Role

Visy Logistics seeks a dynamic Intermodal Optimisation Manager to lead strategic and operational improvements across our national intermodal network. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on enhancing the performance of rail and road transport operations, maximising asset utilisation, and driving scalable logistics solutions.

You’ll be responsible for driving initiatives that improve terminal flow, reduce dwell and transit times, and seamlessly integrate new customer volumes. Leveraging technology and data, you’ll boost transparency, control, and performance while working cross‑functionally to lead project planning and execution with a strong operational and commercial mindset.
